About Us

REPORT A LOST OR STOLEN CARD

To report a lost or stolen card, contact your nearest Citizens Deposit Bank Location or if after hours, call 844-202-5333.

Turn off the card on the CDB mobile app or online banking:

Sign in to your CDB mobile or online banking account.
If on a mobile device, click “Menu” in bottom left-hand corner
Select “Manage Cards” from the list
Locate the card that you wish to apply changes to.
Click on the red “TURN CARD OFF” button to disable the use of the card.
Confirm by selecting “TURN OFF.”
When you are ready to turn the card back on, follow the same steps, and select the green “TURN CARD ON” button.
