Report a Lost or Stolen Card
To report a lost or stolen card, contact your nearest Citizens Deposit Bank Location or if after hours, call 844-202-5333.
Turn off the card on the CDB mobile app or online banking:
- Sign in to your CDB mobile or online banking account.
- If on a mobile device, click “Menu” in bottom left-hand corner
- Select “Manage Cards” from the list
- Locate the card that you wish to apply changes to.
- Click on the red “TURN CARD OFF” button to disable the use of the card.
- Confirm by selecting “TURN OFF.”
- When you are ready to turn the card back on, follow the same steps, and select the green “TURN CARD ON” button.
